4) Cookies and analytics

Essential cookies maintain secure sessions and preferences. Optional analytics may measure page use and performance only after the applicable consent choice. We do not use Farm Secretary marketplace records for advertising profiles and do not sell personal data.

5) Your choices and deletion

• Permanently delete your account and workspace data from Account controls after active trades are resolved.

6) Retention and security

Active workspace data is retained while your account is open and as needed to provide the service. Account deletion removes personal profiles, sessions, listings, invitations, and eligible transaction data. Limited de-identified audit, safety, or transaction records may be retained when operationally necessary to prevent abuse, resolve an active dispute, or meet legal obligations.

We use database access controls, encrypted transport, secure cookies, session expiration, revoked-session checks, authorization controls, and security logs. No online service can promise absolute security.

7) Service providers and international processing

Farm Secretary relies on infrastructure, identity, and software-service providers to operate the workspace. Data may be processed in countries outside your own under the safeguards offered by those providers.

8) Children

Farm Secretary is a business marketplace and is not intended for children under 18.
